Technical wine descriptions
Richard has chosen to continue the path of developing and structuring the work of his forefathers.
At the end of the 90’s the sale of wine has changed and the Domaine is hosting a new spirit with enthusiasm.
Although recognized as a wine Domaine, the brand Château St Mery is now showing the ambition of his winemaker.
With a straightforward attitude using traditional methods, Richard creates modern wines.
In the case of both his fruity and full-bodied wines, their characteristic is that they are easy to drink, round and do not require long ageing time.

The traditional range – red, rose, white-, Château St Méry
The Roland Labene red
The fruity vin de pays d’OC, red Merlot and Carbernet-Sauvignon, rose Carbernet-Sauvignon
Guided by nature Richard elaborates his wines according to the need of the plant and the evolution of his own taste.
It is a never ending quest which required modesty, patience and determination.
The wines of Château St Méry are not only for connoisseurs of fine wines but can be appreciated by all : open them up, breathe them, they are talking to you !
